If you have property on the Riviera of Budva: apartment, house or villa our agency offers services of maintenance of your property in your absence. 

• Keyholding

In your absence we check regularly your property for aering. In case of any problems which may occur we notify you though e-mail immediately. 

• Payment of the bills

We inform you of all the bills coming to your address and can so the payment on your behalf as previously agreed. 

• Holiday lettings

We can include your property in our tourist offer and perform all required for rental. You need to provide enough bedlinen and towels as well as other items required for pleasant staying of the guests. We take care of cleaning and laundry after departure of the guests. 

• Rental permit

For the summer rental it is required to obtain rental permit. If you haven't done this already we can obtain this for your property on your behalf.
